My dad, who is notoriously afraid of hospitals, had taken one ambulance ride in his 81 years. He was treated so well by the staff that he has become more comfortable, and he feels very appreciative of nurses Mel and Jacque. They are both so kind and attentive, and understanding. He told me he doesn’t mind the hospital as much now, thanks to them, as well as the rest of the lovely ICU staff and the ER. From my perspective as his son, there is no hospital I’d rather see him taken care of. The care I saw him receive is second to none. It really feels as though they care and listen, and respond with kindness and professionalism. I am very happy to see him so well taken care of. I was able to go home and sleep comfortably knowing he was safe.
