Megan was our nurse when my husband came out of heart surgery into the ICU. Upon walking up, he was in horrible pain, and when pain meds were introduced, his blood pressure would tank. She kept very positive and very empathetic and tried everything in her power to find the right combination of meds to make him feel comfortable. They were also trying to get the intubation tube out, which took several hours, during which time she always had a positive attitude and supported him with excellent nursing skills. She also included me in helping to talk to my husband as he went through this very rough time. I was in awe of her care and nursing throughout our post op recovery. I will always remember her and her kindness, positivity, and excellent care. She is truly a natural nurse in every way!!
