Megan Habbe, RN

Megan shared a personal connection to the difficulties that I was going through and took the time to listen to my story of how I ended up in the hospital. Her support and encouragement for my healing were incredibly impactful. She showed sincere compassion throughout my stay at United. Her genuine humanity and kindness made a tremendous difference during a difficult experience. Her calm confidence and gentle demeanor inspired trust and made an intimidating hospital experience far more manageable. While I have been incredibly impressed by all of the staff members I have encountered, several of the nurses have particularly stood out as medical professionals who deeply care about their patients, and Megan is one of them. She consistently provided exceptional medical care while treating me with warmth, dignity, and compassion. Nurses like Megan are the heart of healthcare. She embodies everything the DAISY Award represents: clinical excellence, compassion, selflessness, and genuine human connection. I will always remember the kindness she showed me and the comfort she brought during one of the most challenging periods of my life.
