I had Maureen as my nurse during my colonoscopy this past January. Today, my father had to have a procedure and Maureen was his nurse as well. Twice, I have seen her working in tandem with her team.

She provides a Patch Adams-type of bedside manner. She is upbeat, kind, and did everything she could on both occasions to create an understanding and uplifting atmosphere. I felt so lucky to see her coming to greet my father and bring him back for his surgery prep. She has a great sense of humor, especially.

After doing this job for so long, it was comforting to see someone doing their job so well. She actually loves what she does, and it shows.
