Maureen Gooden is not only professional, incredibly thorough, quintessentially skillful, ebullient in carrying out her duties, empathetic to her patients, pro-action in caring for patient needs, and humble in her attitudes, but she models Christ in having a servant's heart. On many occasions when Ms. Gooden has interacted with me, she has made both my medical needs and my personal comfort her heart's work. She never once hesitated to act in my best interest within her professional purview and being conscientious about her other patients. She, without complaint, never failed to undertake even the duties below her station that had been neglected on my behalf. Indeed Ms. Gooden is the picture of nursing at its finest.
