Maura Keast was my nurse provider for establishing my care and teaching me the first few infusion treatments for PI (primary immunodeficiency), which requires subcutaneous infusion of Cutaquig.

From my initial contact with Maura, she was cordial and helpful in setting up our first appointment. She ensured my supplies arrived on time and that all items were correct, and she also sent an instructional video for me to review before our visit, which was extremely helpful.

Our initial visit went very well. Her friendly yet professional demeanor immediately put me at ease, as everything about this procedure felt very unnerving to me. We reviewed all the components, discussed the procedure in detail, and went over any potential adverse reactions I might experience and how to address them. Maura performed the first infusion flawlessly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The procedure went smoothly, with no adverse reactions, and she checked in with me the following day.

The next two visits were also easy and went very well. Communication was excellent, visits were timely, and each lesson was professional and thorough, with all of my questions answered. Maura consistently demonstrated outstanding communication skills and was always prompt and well-mannered. Her nursing skills are excellent.

She followed up with me after each visit, including after my most recent infusion, which I completed independently. I highly recommend Maura to any patient in need of a caring, gentle, and professional nurse.
