Matthew went above and beyond for me. He is the most compassionate and professional nurse I have ever met. He made me feel like I have hope to get better and showed me great empathy. I feel like he changed my life forever. I now know I can and will get better. I have the tools now that I need to do so. He made me feel safe and like I matter. I will always remember that. I recently have been very ill with diagnoses piling up, feeling defeated, and he paid attention and addressed all my issues. He is the best!
