I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care my aunt received today in the Emergency Department. I would like to specifically recognize Nurse Matthew Holden, RN, for his professionalism, compassion, and outstanding leadership. Nurse Holden not only treated my aunt with exceptional care, but it was evident that every patient he came in contact with received the same level of attention, respect, and compassion. I also observed that other nurses consistently approached Matthew with questions and concerns regarding their patients, which clearly reflects the trust, knowledge, and leadership he brings to the team. Matthew is undoubtedly a leader within the Emergency Department and should be formally recognized for his dedication and clinical excellence. He sets the standard and is a true example of extraordinary clinical staff.
