Matt was very attentive and understanding of my pain. He went through everything thoroughly in explaining what the steps were and listened carefully to me before proceeding. He has an excellent bedside manner with a gentle and caring attitude. Thanks, Matt, for making my ER visit as pleasant as possible when someone is in excruciating pain.

I came in with severe abdominal pain, Matt was just extraordinary! He made my stay very comfortable and positive. His communication with me was extremely appreciative.  With his presence, jokes, and laughter, he helped with my pain. He was very compassionate to me as a patient, and he made sure I was being taken care of.

He helped his peers as well by making sure I was ready for radiology and had a wheelchair. His patient care should be recognized a little extra, as he performs his job in a very respectful manner and goes above and beyond for his patients! If I had an option to choose who I wanted my nurse to be it would be Matthew. S! Thank you so much Matt for putting up with my crying to making me feel better with a little laughter. God bless you.
