During my hospital stay in Mentor last week, I was feeling extremely anxious. Matt was a Godsend. Each time he came in to help me over two days, he was kind and empathetic. He explained everything he was doing while he was doing it and was so thoughtful. He was very caring and kind, and his calm demeanor really helped me while I was waiting for discharge and didn't know when it would happen. He demonstrated such great compassion that he truly got me through my most anxious times during this stay. Everyone who cared for me was kind and compassionate and helpful, but Matt was above and beyond all other experiences I've had at this or any other hospital.
