From the moment she entered my room, she made me feel comfortable and safe, even when I was feeling incredibly anxious and scared. She consistently checked in on me, making sure I was okay, and was always attentive to my needs.

What truly stood out was that she was the first person to offer me food, a drink, and a warm blanket, which made a huge difference in my comfort. Even more importantly, she took my concerns seriously, never dismissing what I was feeling, and that gave me peace of mind when I needed it most.
