Mary was my primary nurse during a TEE procedure at PBMC. Despite the excellent reputation of the Cardiac Cath Unit, I was anxious. Mary’s warm manner put me at ease immediately. She was reassuring and thorough with her explanations and answers to my many questions. Mary was also attentive while remaining efficient and keeping things moving along.

There was a brief delay getting started, and she made sure I was kept informed and comfortable. Her kindness and efficiency continued through my recovery from anesthesia and until I was discharged. Her excellent care made all the difference in my experience, and she is an enormous asset to PBMC.
