Nomination #1:
I moved to Sandborn recently and was recommended to Dr. Wilson’s practice by Dr. Elkins in the ER at GCGH. I made an appointment and met Mary Dotterer, who did a blood draw for me. We bonded instantly. She was very personable and professional, along with taking my blood with ease. She called with all the information I needed the next day with referrals. Mary was very thorough, and I look forward to seeing her at my next follow-up appointment with Dr. Wilson. She definitely needs to be recognized.

During my health journey, dealing with several issues with new medication and having to go through trial and error to find an appropriate dosage and a good fit, Mary Dotterer was most patient and accommodating. Mary received my many phone calls and messages and kept in touch to ensure my progress was good. Mary also assisted me personally by bringing my pharmacy medicine to me. Her interest was above the call of duty, and I appreciated her words of comfort. Mary’s professional approach is noteworthy, and she is an asset to her team!

Mary Dotterer is very professional, really listens to the patient, and in my circumstance has been on the phone several times for me at Indy St. Vincent Hospital and CVS, as well as the doctors in Terre Haute. I feel she has gone above and beyond to help me.
