I was a trainee in the unit. I have witnessed how he cares so much not only for the welfare of the patients but also with the whole dialysis team. He is also hands-on as a preceptor and a hemodialysis coordinator. A very considerate person. I can see the passion he has for his work.

There's no assurance of a successful dialysis session, but he makes the sessions more bearable by his kindness and compassion in delivering nursing interventions. He is not just a nurse who helps patients by providing optimum health service, but he also provides them with a comforting environment that lessens the patient and family's anxiety during each session. Not all nurses are optimistic, but he has this aura that alleviates stress, which gives them a sense of hope, hope that they could come home to their families and loved ones safe and sound and hope that they could attend another dialysis session. He is one of the best nurses at Lorma Medical Center.
