I didn’t even notice how much time had passed—he stayed well beyond the designated visit time.
Nurse Mark visited my mother to administer IV antibiotics. Upon arrival, he immediately checked her condition and informed us that her oxygen level was low at 84%. He helped us reposition her to make her more comfortable and then started the medication. Throughout the visit, he stood by her bedside, continuously assessing and monitoring her condition.
Since we didn’t have an oxygen tank at home, he calmly contacted the HHC office and the doctor for further assistance, and he also helped administer a nebulizer treatment.
After some time, he rechecked my mother and noted that her oxygen level had improved to 92%. He kept the doctor updated throughout the process and provided us with clear instructions and education on what to do, what to monitor, and who to contact if her condition worsens.
I didn’t even notice how much time had passed—he stayed well beyond the designated visit time. I knew he still had other patients waiting and was already running late, yet he remained with us and gave my mother the best care possible.
