Ms. Williams has been an exceptional nurse working in FWE. She brings forth positive change in her patients' type of quality care. She also addresses the unmet needs of her patients by implementing new processes and workflow, which results in an increase in patient satisfaction. She has developed a close rapport with her patients, and they are very comfortable coming to her with their needs. She has done the same with the staff on the night tour. She demonstrates adaptable behaviors consistent with high reliable staff. She understands the urgency of rendering timely care while avoiding potholes that delay care. If I ever have a need for any audits or projects, I know I can approach her, and she will be able to tackle the task and continue to provide phenomenal care to the residents with no complaints.
