This RN has made my grandmother’s experience memorable due to her compassion. We were waiting for dinner, but no one came, and it upset me because my grandma’s last meal was breakfast time. This nurse insisted on going to the cafeteria to get my grandma food. She gave her badge to the aide to come with me to pick out dinner. Before doing this, she asked twice if my grandma's food arrived. I went on a rant, and she listened to me vent. She was understanding and a true problem solver. My grandma was so grateful for this nurse. My grandma doesn’t know English, but when I explained to her that this nurse went above and beyond to be a problem solver, she teared up. This RN is amazing! She was so humble that she didn’t even want the recognition. But she deserves it. Forever thankful and grateful for her compassion towards my grandma.
