My mother has difficulty moving around, and I was accompanying her when she needed to use the bathroom. As you can imagine, it can be difficult for a male family member to enter a women’s bathroom to assist her.

However, Ms. Maria noticed the situation and stepped in to help without us even asking. She entered the bathroom with my mother and provided her with the assistance she needed, ensuring her safety, comfort, and dignity throughout.

Some people may consider this simply part of their job, but for us, it was an act of genuine kindness and humanity that we will always remember and never take for granted.
