She was like an angel for my loved one and for me.

I have been a friend of the patient for many years, I have worked with him and another person (now deceased) for a long time and a very strong bond of affection has been formed. He lives alone and as he is no longer independent, I must help him by assisting him. Approximately a month ago, he suffered a stroke. Fortunately, I realized this in time and called an ambulance service. Of the three people who came, I realized how cold the people were. Upon arriving at this hospital, CHRISTUS MUGUERZA, the majority of the nurses are very efficient and humane in their treatment of patients, as well as of family members or people who support them. I faced the distrust of one who threw a small glass with a few drops of haldol (a tranquilizer that a doctor in charge had left for me there). I understood that their job was to provide only the medications ordered; even so, I felt very bad at the mere idea that they distrusted me. Sometimes, as a family member (or friend), you are devastated by the event that the patient is suffering, in this case, a stroke. However, there are people like Nurse Rosario, who, with her treatment, her dedication, and as I mentioned to her (with her voice), I told her that she had a valium voice "because it calmed me down just by hearing her", she was like an angel for my loved one and for me.
