Sr Koen is very efficient. I phoned to get an appointment and I was helped the next day. On learning I had never been to the hospital before, she informed me of everything that goes on, from assuring me, to learning, pain management, etc. I did not realize how nervous I was about all of this. She has put me at ease. Answered all the questions, etc. I am eternally grateful to Sr Koen for assuring me that everything is going to be fine.

Sr Koen reassured us about what to expect regarding the procedure. She performed all the tests in advance with so much patience and empathy, and even gave us her mobile number to contact her should we have any further questions later on. Everything was organized well and in a positive way. We were prepared and well informed.
