One of the unforgettable times was with your nurse, Dulce Meneses. She had taken care of my mother very well, and her personality is very warm and accepting.

Even upon entering the floor, she greeted us with a sweet smile and comforting introduction of herself, and in the room, she excellently showed how well she knows what she is doing and promptly followed up with the doctor, who came to see my sick mother, and was very thorough in explaining the tests and procedures that might occur. It was a relief for me that my mother would be taken care of by not only knowledgeable staff but also caring and compassionate people.

I was able to rest and was comfortable that night. Please acknowledge Dulce for her professionalism and genuine dedication to her work. Her honest intention to help my mom heal faster, showing her competence, care, warmth, and smile, is above and beyond what we expected to receive in a hospital.
