Marcia took amazing care of my husband after surgery for a hip replacement. She was competent, caring, and very attentive. She gave frequent updates and detailed the post-op/recovery period. She was prompt and attentive regarding any concerns. What stood out the absolute most was how friendly and personable Marcia was during my husband's stay. It felt like a friend or family member was taking care of my husband, and she made our experience at the surgery center absolutely wonderful. After dealing with my father being hospitalized on and frequently for the past 4 years and with being a nurse myself, I can say that a smile and friendly words can go a long way in easing anxiety and stress in patients and family members. Marcia made my husband and me feel at ease, comfortable, and extremely well cared for with her actions, words, and smile!
