Apologies for the delay in sending this and for typing it. My writing is incredibly sloppy.

My father was in the respiratory ICU the week of June 10th. During an extremely stressful time we had a nurse that was beyond amazing. Marc was kind, patient, thorough and had such a fantastic energy to him that almost two months and around two dozen nurses later we still remember him.

Marc anticipated needs, assisted us in understanding what was going on with my father, and was extremely professional. He took the time and effort to communicate with my father who has later in life lost his hearin. He responded to requests and needs quickly and efficiently. His compassion was so very much appreciated that I feel like I can’t find the words to fully express how grateful we were for him during this horrible time for us.

Marc Atendido, thank you over and over and over again. You have been and will continue to be the standard by which we measure all nurses. Again, thank you!
