“Majda checked my wristband and asked me to please wait. She walked down the hall, and when she returned, escorted me immediately to the scan room,” the patient says. After the scan, Majda informed the patient that the results could take up to an hour and a half to read and asked her to wait. After an hour without results, the patient knocked on the waiting room door to speak with Majda. Majda quickly got up and went to track down the test results for the patient. Within a minute of her return, a doctor came to see the patient and reviewed the exam results and treatment plan. “After the doctor was done, Majda was still there to remove my IV and help me with the paperwork,” the patient says. “She went out of her way and took a genuine interest in my circumstances.
