My mother had to go to the ED by ambulance, and it was rather busy at that time. Maggie was running all around trying to help everyone. She made it a point to check on us and make sure we knew she had not forgotten us as she was helping other patients ahead of us.

When she came to speak to us and let my mother know what they needed to do and what would happen after that, she kept us updated on everything, all the while going back and forth, dealing with other patients. She was very patient, gentle, and always had a smile.

Maggie made our experience at MHM very pleasant and easy in the ED. After a long day, we are very grateful to have had such a wonderful nurse take care of our mother.
