Mae Ann Pasquale, PhD, RN

Professor Pasquale is one of the best professors I have ever come across. She genuinely cares about her students and wants them to do well. One example of her compassion and understanding was when she gave the class the opportunity to resubmit our assignment because we misunderstood how to do it. She also believes in quality over quantity and will not overwhelm us with information just for the purposes of a DNP course; she gives us the critical information that will be beneficial and that we won't forget. I disliked research classes in the past, but after taking her class, she changed my opinion and perspective. I truly wish she would teach more graduate nursing courses and that other professors would adopt her teaching style. In my opinion, one of the best rhetorical attributes a professor can have is the ability to change a student's viewpoint for their betterment.
