I would like to recognize Nurse Mady for the exceptional care she provided during my sister's hospitalization. From the very beginning, Mady stood out for her knowledge, compassion, and genuine presence.

She didn’t just perform her duties; she truly listened. During a time that was both exciting and overwhelming for my sister, Mady made sure she felt heard, supported, and understood. What meant the most was how Mady reassured my sister that she was not alone.
