I want to thank the entire staff of Einstein for your excellent care during my recent gall bladder surgery. While I can't remember every person - a few stand out. Madonna in the ER: I was truly blessed that she was there! I remember the excellent care that every single person gave me. Thank God for the awesome staff at Einstein.

Madonna started in the Emergency Department as a new Graduate Nurse, yet it was clear she possessed the intuition of an experienced nurse, a trait that is imperative to succeeding as an emergency room nurse. Her intuition has made her an integral part of our team. From the beginning, you never saw Madonna sit by idly while her co-workers were consumed with work. She always took the initiative to step in and help without hesitation.
Madonna provides excellent nursing care. She has a calm and reassuring demeanor with her patients and their families, who often comment how she made them feel at ease during a stressful situation.
She is a joy to work with. Her compassion and knowledge are true assets to the emergency department, and I consider myself lucky to have her as part my team.
