Madison constantly receives recognition for excellent patient care in patient experience surveys. She goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for. She maintains professional relationships with her colleagues and works incredibly hard to preserve fluidity for patients in her department. Madison even goes above and beyond by offering care and services to patients where she isn't assigned. Recently, she assisted an elderly male with cleaning himself and tended to his needs. He was not even a patient at the time but a visitor with someone in the ED. Madison ensured this person was checked in for treatment when she realized he needed it. There is no better person suited for this recognition. Madison is very caring and attentive. She is one of the best nurses!
