Maddy works in the ER, where I was brought by ambulance, having a heart attack. Maddy was supportive, comforting, and kept me informed as to what was going on with my care. Maddie was also very kind and considerate of my family, who were in the scariest moments of their lives. She did a great job at explaining to them what was going on and what the process was going to be, as I was going to be life-flighted to another hospital in a large city.

Several of them mentioned to me after everything had settled how much that meant to them that Maddy had done that for them. I could list many more things, but Maddie Flores is truly an exceptional nurse, and we are so lucky to have her in our area.
