If there were actual words, I do not know them, but I will say that Maddie Morgan made what was, for my daughter, one of the most terrifying moments of her life, a wonderful experience. Maddie was with my daughter from the time she was rushed back for an emergency cesarean until the evening before she was released into an experience she will never forget. She has a way about her that makes you feel you've known her forever. She was so reassuring. My daughter said any confidence she felt came straight from Maddie. She was obviously a little in shock and terrified, but Maddie had a way of keeping her calm and happy during the entire experience. She was extremely informative, and if she didn't have an answer right away, you could be sure when she left the room that she would be back within a few minutes with an answer. She made every one of us feel like we were the only patients/guests at the hospital. Somehow, she was able to be sure everyone was up to date on what was happening at any given point.

I hope she knows how wonderful she is. I thank her from the bottom of my soul for the way she made my little girl feel and how she was with my first-ever grandchild, S. Her name is one that will be with our family from here on. (I’m pretty sure there's a whole page in the baby book already earmarked for her). We are all so grateful that the universe put her in our path. If everyone put forth a fraction of the light that she brings with her our world would be an amazing place. Thank you so much, Maddie.
