Mackenzie Avery, BSN

I just wanted to say thank you to the incredible Nurse Mackenzie Avery, who has made every emergency room visit so much more comfortable and bearable and has made me feel heard and understood when navigating a difficult medical situation. She is so empathetic, compassionate, understanding, patient, and is just such a kind-hearted soul in general, and she helps put your worries at ease throughout the entire process in the emergency room. Mackenzie is an incredibly talented professional who is able to quickly and painlessly collect blood draws on the first try and leaves no bruising or pain, which is often rare because I have veins that are difficult to work with. I just wanted Mackenzie to know that her kindness and professional care do not go unnoticed and are so appreciated. Thank you!
