My partner and I had a baby boy via surrogacy. We were assigned to a room that was part of Cris's schedule. Cris brought us a sense of calmness while instilling confidence in us, being first-time parents. Although we had attended a series of parenting classes, Cris showed us her techniques for swaddling, feeding, burping, and calming our son. She also checked in on us frequently, answered all of our questions, and took time to explain or show us without even making us feel ignorant; she never rushed to leave.
