There are so many things that Lydia did during both of our stays.

First, it was my son’s birthday, and his dad was hospitalized. All he wanted was for his daddy to be home for his birthday. When that wasn’t possible, Lydia went out of her way to throw my son a birthday party with a cake and gifts. It truly made a difference for our family and brought so much-needed joy during a difficult time.

Fast forward a few months, and Lydia once again provided the utmost care for my husband and me during his bone marrow transplant. She helped cut his hair when it started falling out, and I couldn’t emotionally handle it. She was compassionate, understanding, and gentle through it all.

Lydia provided exceptional education, care, and emotional support throughout our entire experience. She is truly remarkable.
