I am the wife of the patient; Lydia Fox cared for us while my husband was on a respirator in the CVICU. She was amazing. She encouraged him to get better, gently and lovingly. She constantly expressed concern for me and my long drive to and from my home to the Hospital.
I think what I'll remember, and what I appreciate the most, is her statement that she's here just as much for me as for my husband. During that time, I was terrified that my husband would not wake up. Lydia's sincere concern was very touching. She really helped me through the most difficult week of my life. I will always be grateful for her support.
