Lucas made me feel heard, seen, and was SUPER friendly. He made me feel very comfortable. He is efficient at his job, and had 0 issue drawing my blood. He talked me through everything. I told my husband that he (Lucas) was the friendliest nurse I have ever encountered. I came in with nausea and low blood sugar, and he listened to me and explained everything to me in detail, and made sure I understood all the information. He is phenomenal at his job!

My mother was taken to the ER with a possible stroke. Lucas was the nurse on duty. Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, but he was also very personable and supportive. I feel he not only made the long ER visit almost enjoyable, but we all felt very cared for and received great care.
