Lorraine works to make sure each patient is given the best care possible. She works hard to reach out to physicians' offices to discuss patient concerns and to get additional help for the patients. She puts in great effort to be an Epic Super User for our team and to make sure we are prepared for the transition. She understands the importance of giving reports and passing along important information to avoid gaps in care. In addition, she is always asking how her team members are and gives unlimited amounts of love and respect. We love Lorraine and are so grateful for her on our team!
