Lori went above and beyond today in every way possible when a patient had an embarrassing urine accident in the elevator. The patient wasn't even hers, but Lori took charge in finding a Hoyer lift, getting her in a bed because the patient was immobile, and getting the patient cleaned up and fresh again.

The patient was completely immobile and very embarrassed, and Lori took quite a bit of time out of her day to make a very embarrassed patient clean and happy again.
