Lori’s greatest strength is her commitment to patient safety and quality of care. She consistently demonstrates her expertise particularly around specific subject matter or standards of care. She leads our infection prevention team in the ICN and she is one of our Safety Champions.

Lori certainly shines in the area of teamwork and collaboration. Our staff have a special relationship with her. Everyone is introduced to her office and encouraged to stop by anytime….the chocolate bowl is always full! I consider her a coach and mentor. She has her eye on our “rising stars” and likes to challenge them. She listens carefully to feedback from our staff and works on ways to help our team, families, staff or our learners. I could not work with a finer leader than Lori and we are all so pleased she is on our team!
