Recently, I found a lost visitor in the basement who only spoke Spanish. Through a series of events, the gentleman ended up with Lorenzo. Lorenzo not only assisted him in filling out some paperwork, but also obtained some records that his insurance requested, and accompanied him to medical records, the file room, and then proceeded to drive him to the BATC and to a UMC office at the City Bank building. The gentleman did not have a car, and Lorenzo recognized the many hoops he was going to have to go through, as he had already been pointed in several different directions. Lorenzo showed great compassion and gave up his time to ensure that he could gather the necessary information.
