Thank you, Beth, for being the light during one of the most vulnerable yet beautiful chapters of my life.
There are moments in life that change you forever, and the birth of my child through a C-section was one of them. In the midst of all the fear, vulnerability, and raw emotion, there was one constant source of strength, comfort, and compassion: my nurse, Beth. From the moment I met her, she was my nurse for two of my births; she radiated calm and confidence. She spoke to me with warmth, held my hand when I was overwhelmed, and explained everything with such care and patience. She didn’t just treat me like a patient; she treated me like a person, a mother, and someone deserving of dignity and grace.

During the surgery, when my heart raced and my mind wandered to worry, it was her steady presence that grounded me. Her words, her reassuring touch, her attention to even the smallest detail made all the difference. She anticipated needs I didn't even know I had. She was my advocate, my cheerleader, and at times, my lifeline.

After the birth, she continued to go above and beyond. From managing my pain, to giving me a bath, to making sure I never felt alone. Beth is simply extraordinary. During the birth of my daughter S, my husband had a panic attack shortly after. Beth sprang into action and raced him down to the ER. She is my hero. There are some people who are born to do what they do, and Beth is one of them. She didn’t just help deliver a baby; she helped deliver peace, confidence, and unforgettable kindness in a moment I’ll cherish for the rest of my life.

Thank you, Beth, for being the light during one of the most vulnerable yet beautiful chapters of my life. I will never forget you. We love you.
