This Nurse has had numerous compliments from families that have had the privilege of having this nurse. People go out of their way to let their managers know how much they appreciate this nurse, and many request her as the case manager. Recently, we received a letter from a family: “You always took the time to answer all our questions, and you never seemed rushed. Because you cared for our mother, we knew she would be treated with a gentle & caring touch, we knew she was in good hands with you. We had the greatest confidence in your visits and the empathy you showed us.”

A patient’s daughter wrote a letter, "No one other than a person who has been through the same will understand how your own heart shatters when your mother, who has been the heart of your life, is dying. I had no idea how I would cope. It was a difficult decision to sign up for hospice, but it was the best decision I made in the long run. Who knew I would be blessed with an angel, someone who saw me through my most difficult times and made the smallest wishes happen for my mother. I want you to know that this nurse was that angel for me. This nurse was always there when I called. She knew how to ease my anxiety. I will never forget, most of all, how she made my mother feel alive! She was her comfort until the day my mother was called away."

We could not have worded it any better; patients and families have total confidence in this nurse. This nurse has a heartfelt connection with the nursing career choice and is currently pursuing her RN Degree. She is a hard worker! This nurse is a willing team player, letting new nurses know she does not mind any calls if they have questions with hospice related or the computer documentation.
