Liz is the RN3 on Two East. She has a demeanor and rapport with staff and patients that makes everyone in her presence calm. She is extremely dependable and is always willing to jump in when she is needed. She ensures that the unit runs smoothly even on the busiest of days when we can turnover 50% of the unit.
As a leader, she is easily approachable and a good communicator. She has taken the reigns and accepted some additional roles that have been vital in a smooth transition to EPIC. The unit could not run without her!!!
