1st Nomination 
My husband has been very ill and in very serious condition, and Lisa has been so kind to my husband and me. She has been able to calm my nerves and answer all my questions. I have really appreciated her kindness.

2nd Nomination 
Lisa is an extremely attentive and caring RN. I had a team of specialists and support staff. She makes sure I get the tests, medication, and all the doctors are given the information needed. She goes way above and beyond the call of duty. She is absolutely exceptional.
