Lisa Boudle is an outstanding Triage Nurse who is part of the North Country Primary Care Team. Lisa is an outstanding, caring, and dedicated nurse with whom I spoke multiple times on the phone when trying to resolve my medical issues. Lisa has an innate compassion for people and was always willing to listen to my concerns and issues, and would offer suggestions and advise, and/or further refer me to my PCP. Lisa's gentle kindness and understanding were reassuring and nurturing; her warmth of personhood is a skill that is so necessary in the medical field. Lisa always had time to listen, but more importantly, I could feel her True Caring and Concern. Lisa helped me through one of the toughest parts of my life and helped steer me in the right direction in seeking help. The world is a better place because of Lisa Boudle, and may God bless her in all that she does and all that she is. LRH is lucky to have her, and I am so lucky to have crossed paths with her, too. I am forever grateful for the positive effect she has had on my life.
