Lisa has been nominated by a staff member or by a patient almost every quarter for the past 2 years. Lisa is an extraordinary nurse and manager. Her kind heart makes her one of the best. She always goes above and beyond for all her patients and staff.

I have only witnessed her show compassion, patience, and kindness towards every patient with whom she has had an interaction. One day, she walked me through surgery paperwork as a patient, and she took her time and answered all my questions thoroughly. She made me feel more at ease about the entire thing. Lisa is a shining light on the hard days, and I couldn’t think of anyone who deserves this award more than her.
