I would like to nominate Linsha for the exceptional care she provided to my newborn during his stay in the NICU for jaundice and low birth weight. From the very beginning, her gentle presence, clinical expertise, and sincere compassion made a world of difference to me and my husband during a deeply emotional and stressful time.
