Linsey went above and beyond by taking time out of her day to engage with groups on a personal, relatable level. I came to BH to seek help and got more than I bargained for, thanks to her kindness and education. Thank you for all you do. I have never encountered a more honest and vulnerable nurse than Linsey. She took time to explain my meds, she counseled me. She was such an encouragement to me. I felt like ending my life, but Linsey was that bright light that saved me. She listened carefully, thoughtfully, and intentionally to every word. She made me feel truly heard and appreciated. She went the extra mile in her groups and in her individual interactions to make me feel special. Linsey has a true calling for this. Without her kindness, I may have very well left the hospital and ended my life! She was a safe person for me in a time of chaos, and I could never repay her for that. She is very passionate and is an advocate for her patients like nothing I have ever seen. She is filled with warmth and kindness, and I am so inspired by the way she cared for her patient.
