Lindsey consistently creates an engaging and supportive learning environment that fosters critical thinking and confidence. She demonstrates unwavering patience and kindness, taking the time to explain complex concepts and ensure each learner feels seen, heard, and valued. Over the past year, Lindsey has onboarded more than 80 new hires and facilitated over 70 educational classes, directly shaping the growth and success of the MedStar Georgetown nursing community.
