I came in with my husband in fairly severe pain because his bladder wasn't voiding due to an enlarged prostate. He is scheduled for surgery, but it was delayed due to a shortage of saline. His bladder was also bleeding at a concerning rate, and it was coagulating and making it difficult to drain his bladder. In short, he was a hot mess and distressed. This nurse has been nothing short of fantastic. Her competence and communication on skills are excellent. She is keeping us fully informed every step of the way. Her sense of humor and ability to keep the overall mood positive are exceptional. Her colleague was also wonderful. Capable and a great communicator with humor. We feel well taken care of by competent and caring professionals.
